Animal Style Masks For Kids

Whether for carnival, Halloween, the next theme party or just for fun. Masks are always enjoyable. Not only dressing up with masks, but also crafting masks is a lot of fun for children and grown-ups. We have great templates to print out so you can start your own little DIY project. With these masks you don't need much more than some handicraft felt and a matching colour-coordinated outfit. Of course you get an extra point if you match your mask to your own Affenzahn friend 😉 Whether as a large or small friend on your back or as a little wallet hanging around your neck.

Print out the template of your favourite mask and start crafting.

What you need:

• Handicraft felt in the appropriate colours
• scissors
• craft glue
• a sturdy rubber band or gift ribbon.

Step 1: Print out the template of your favourite style.

Step 2: Cut out individual parts of the paper around the outlines as indicated on the template.

Step 3: Transfer the paper cutouts to the felt in the appropriate colour and cut them out all around.

Step 4: Glue all felt parts onto each other as shown on the template and you're almost done.

Step 5: Make two small holes on each side of the mask, one on the right and the other on the left, at a small distance above each other and attach the elastic band or the gift ribbon to be able to tie the mask behind the head with the ribbons so it sits perfectly on the face or forehead.
