Participation in the promotional offer organized by FOND OF GmbH, Vitalisstr. 67, 50827 Cologne, Germany (“FOND OF”), as well as the conduct of the offer, are governed by the following terms and conditions:
(1) All individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of FOND OF are excluded from participation.

(2) To participate in the discount promotion, the customer must follow these steps when ordering their products:
1. Add products with a purchase value of at least €60 to the shopping cart on our website. Items already on sale are excluded from this promotion.
2. From the wallet selection that automatically appears, choose one with a value of €14.99 (MSRP) and add it to your cart. The free gift is available only while supplies last.
3. Completing the Order The discount will be automatically applied, so the selected Affenzahn children's wallet, valued at €14.99, will appear as €0 in the order summary and be added to your order.

(3) Participation in the discount promotion is contingent upon placing a binding order through our online shop on the website www.affenzahn.com.

(4) The discount promotion runs from June 16, 2026, through June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (“Promotion Period”).

(5) This discount promotion applies exclusively to orders placed during the promotional period. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed previously.

(6) For each order, the customer receives only one free Affenzahn children's wallet, even if multiple Affenzahn children's wallets are added to the shopping cart.

(7) This discount offer cannot be combined with other discount offers or coupons.

(8) The discount cannot be paid out in cash.

(9) Any violation of these terms and conditions entitles FOND OF to exclude the participant in question from the discount promotion.

(10) Individual products from promotions that include free gifts, such as the "Free Affenzahn Kids' Wallet" promotion, cannot be returned separately; returns are only possible if the free gift is included. This applies to both the statutory right of withdrawal and the voluntary right of return.

(11) FOND OF collects, processes, and uses the personal data provided by participants when taking part in the discount promotion (e.g., name, email address, mailing address) exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with the Affenzahn Privacy Policy, available at www.affenzahn.com/en-eu/privacy-policy.

(12) FOND OF reserves the right to terminate the discount promotion early, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, or to modify its terms, if it is not possible to ensure the proper execution of the discount promotion for technical (e.g., computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons, it is not possible to ensure the proper execution of the discount promotion.

(13) All legal relationships between the parties shall be governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
