The Affenzahn toiletry bags are water- and stain-resistant—just in case a tube isn’t quite sealed tightly and leaks while you’re on the go. The textiles used in production consist of 48 percent recycled PET bottles. This makes traveling with the kids’ toiletry bag in your luggage feel even better.
How sustainable is the Affenzahn toiletry bag?
Just like with our backpacks, we use fabrics made from 50% recycled PET bottles to make the Affenzahn toiletry bags. Each toiletry bag contains a 0.5-liter PET bottle—it’s much better off there than in the trash! You can see how a bottle is turned into a bag here.

What ends up in a toiletry bag, of course, depends entirely on what the kids use at home. Just like grown-ups, little ones don’t want to go without anything when they’re on the go.
